All sewage disposal systems in Dearborn County, in both the incorporated and unincorporated areas of the County, must comply with the following provisions of the Indiana Code and the Indiana Administrative Code (which are incorporated into this chapter herein by reference and which may be amended by the State of Indiana from time to time):
(A) I.C. § 13-26 (Regional Water, Sewage, and Solid Waste Districts);
(B) I.C. § 16-20 (Local Health Departments);
(C) 410 Indiana Administrative Code 6-8.3 (Residential On-Site Sewage Systems);
(D) 410 Indiana Administrative Code 6-10.1 (Commercial On-Site Sewage Systems).
