(A) The County Farm Board is hereby created.
(B) Representatives serving on the County Farm Committee shall be appointed by the County Board of Commissions.
(C) Membership shall be as follows to serve a period also designated:

Youth Encouragement Services 1 year
County 4-H Association 1 year
County Purdue Extension Service 3 years
Boy Scouts of America 2 years
County Planning Department 4 years
County Park Board 3 years
Citizen Member 2 years
Citizen Member 3 years
Citizen Member 4 years

(D) The initial citizen members shall be chosen from current members of the County Farm Board. Subsequent citizen appointments shall be chosen at the discretion of the County Board of Commissioners.
