§ 32.095 RECORDING OF SURVEYS.
   (A)   The County Plan Commission office is hereby designated a part of the County Recorder's office for the purposes of recording certified surveys which are currently required to be submitted to the office under existing county ordinances, designated a part of the County Recorder's office.
   (B)   The Enforcement Officer for the County Plan Commission is hereby designated as a Deputy Recorder for the purpose of receiving these certified surveys, properly stamping them, indexing them, and causing them to be placed of record in the manner as shall be determined by the County Recorder.
   (C)   No additional fee shall be charged for this recording above that currently being charged for recording the certified surveys.
   (D)   The Enforcement Officer as a Deputy Recorder shall receive no additional compensation since the work performed will be the same as that which is currently being performed by that Officer.
   (E)   The certified surveys, subdivision plats, or any other surveys for those areas located within incorporated cities or towns in the county, not currently required to be filled by the County Recorder in her existing office. All other subdivision plats shall continue to be filed in the existing Recorder's office.
