§ 154.15 ENFORCEMENT.
   The enforcement authority may request the County Attorney of Dearborn County, Indiana to bring a civil action in the Dearborn Circuit Court seeking remedies authorized in I.C. 36-7-9-18 through I.C. 36-7-9-22, including a request to the Dearborn Circuit Court for a civil penalty of up to $5,000.
