§ 154.01 TITLE AND SCOPE.
   In accordance with I.C. 36-7-9-1 et seq., this chapter is established and shall be known as the Unsafe Building Law of Dearborn County, Indiana. The regulations of this chapter apply throughout the unincorporated areas of the County of Dearborn, Indiana ("Dearborn County").
