For purposes of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COMMERCIAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. Means, but is not limited to, construction of structures for commercial, industrial, and/or institutional purposes and includes construction of a new building and/or renovation and/or additions to an existing building and construction of any accessory structures on land used for commercial, industrial, and/or institutional purposes.
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. Means, but is not limited to, the construction of a new home, renovation of and/or construction of an addition to an existing home, construction of an accessory structure (barn, garage, etc.), and construction of any other structure on land used for residential purposes.
