§ 32.052 ESTABLISHMENT OF RECEIPTS LINE ITEM.
   A receipts line item shall be established within a donations fund maintained by the County Auditor for the purpose of accounting for money received from gifts, grants, donations, contributions and/or bequests designated to be used for the County Health Department, which are accepted by the Health Department Donations Commission. The County Auditor shall deposit in said donations fund all amounts received for such purposes and accepted by the Health Department Donations Commission, and shall keep a record of such amounts received and disbursed in said receipts line item established for such purposes. The County Auditor shall issue a warrant directing the County Treasurer to disburse money from said fund only upon the written direction and authority of the Health Department Donations Commission.
