A commission is hereby established for the purpose of managing, administering and directing disbursements of money received and accepted from gifts, grants, donations, contributions and/or bequests designated by donors thereof to be used for the County Health Department. The commission shall be known as the Health Department Donations Commission, and shall consist of seven members, each of whom shall be the members of the Board of Health of the county.
