§ 39.23 ELIGIBILITY FOR FINANCIAL AID.
   To remain eligible for financial aid under I.C. 11-12-2, the participating counties must comply with its Community Corrections Plan and the rules and minimum standards adopted by the Department under I.C. 11-12-2-5.
