§ 39.21 DIRECTOR; EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   The Director of the Community Corrections Program, if any, shall be appointed by the Southeast Regional Community Corrections Advisory Board, subject to the approval of the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners. The Director may be removed for cause by a majority vote of the Southeast Regional Community Corrections Advisory Board, subject to the approval of the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners.
   (B)   The Southeast Regional Community Corrections Advisory Board may establish personnel policies, procedures, and salary classification schedules for its employees, Employees of a community corrections program are county employees. The policies, procedures, and schedules established under this chapter may not be inconsistent with current Dearborn County policies, procedures, and schedules.
   (C)   The Southeast Regional Community Corrections Advisory Board may establish a Personnel Committee comprised of members of the Advisory Board and additional members as determined by the Advisory Board to assist in reviewing hiring, job descriptions, job performance and other personnel issues and to provide reports to the Advisory Board and the Boards of Commissioners of the participating counties.
