(A) The Dearborn County Board of Commissioners and the Dearborn County Council shall provide necessary assistance and appropriations to the Southeast Regional Community Corrections Advisory Board. Appropriations required under this chapter are limited to amounts received from the following sources:
(1) Department grants;
(2) User fees; and/or
(3) Other funds contained within an approved plan.
(B) Additional funds may be appropriated as determined by the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners and the Dearborn County Council and may be coordinated with additional funds appropriated by the Boards of Commissioners and the County Councils of the participating counties.
