§ 39.05 CONTRACTING WITH OTHER COUNTIES.
   As permitted by I.C. 11-12-1-4, the Southeast Regional Community Corrections Advisory Board may contract with one or more other counties for programs or purchase from one or more counties the use of these programs. Southeast Regional Community Corrections currently provides services to Dearborn, Ohio and Switzerland counties and may, with the guidance of the Southeast Regional Community Corrections Advisory Board, enter into agreements for services with other counties.
