§ 32.020 ESTABLISHMENT; MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   The County Convention, Visitor and Tourism Commission was established on December 4, 1995.
   (B)   The Commission shall be comprised of seven members.
   (C)   A simple majority of the members must be:
      (1)   Engaged in a convention, visitor or tourism business; or
      (2)   Involved in or promoting conventions, visitors or tourism.
   (D)   At least two of the members must be engaged in the business of renting or furnishing rooms, lodging or accommodations (as described in I.C. 6-9-18-3).
   (E)   Not more than one member may be affiliated with the same business entity.
   (F)   Each member must reside in the county except that a member appointed under division (C)(1) or (C)(2) above must only be a resident of the State of Indiana is the member is an owner or executive level employee of a convention, visitor, or tourism business that is located in the county.
   (G)   The Dearborn County Board of Commissioners shall appoint four of the members of the Commission.
   (H)   The Dearborn County Council shall appoint one of its members to serve on the Commission.
   (I)   Pursuant to I.C. 6-9-18-5(b), the Mayor of Lawrenceburg shall appoint one member of the Commission.
   (J)   Pursuant to I.C. 6-9-18-5(c), the Mayor of Greendale shall appoint one member of the Commission.
