§ 36.56 EXEMPTIONS.
   This section does not restrict persons from traveling on highways within Dearborn County during the local emergency who are traveling to:
   (A)   Maintain a safe rail system;
   (B)   Restore utility service; or
   (C)   Provide any other emergency service.
