§ 36.39 OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF INCORPORATED AND UNINCORPORATED AREAS—DUTIES DURING EMERGENCY.
   During a declared disaster emergency, all officers and employees of incorporated and unincorporated areas of Dearborn County shall:
   (A)   Cooperate with and give active support to the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners and the Dearborn County Emergency Management Director; and
   (B)   Comply with all orders, rules and regulations issued pursuant to this chapter by the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners or the Dearborn County Emergency Management Director.
