§ 32.007 PROCEDURES.
   (A)   The Communications Board shall meet as needed, but shall not meet less often than quarterly during each calendar year. The Board shall also meet at the call of the Chairperson, or at the request of a majority of the members, upon 48 hours notice to all members. Communications Board members shall have a responsibility to attend meetings.
   (B)   The Communications Board shall elect a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Secretary, who shall serve for one year terms, or until their successor has been elected.
   (C)   The Communications Board shall keep minutes of each meeting, and a copy shall be provided to each member prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting and a copy shall be provided to each of the County Commissioners.
   (D)   A quorum shall be a majority of the total voting membership of the Board, and decisions shall be made by majority vote of those members attending any meeting of the Board at which there is a quorum. No voting shall be conducted by proxy.
