§ 36.24 COMPREHENSIVE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN—TEST.
   (A)   Tests of the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan may be conducted by the Director at any time upon approval of the Advisory Council.
   (B)   All emergency tests conducted within the boundaries of Dearborn County shall be coordinated with the Department of Emergency Management, the Dearborn County Sheriff’s Department, and any other agencies deemed appropriate by the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners.
