§ 36.23 JURISDICTION AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS.
   (A)   Except as provided hereby, the jurisdiction of the Dearborn County Department of Emergency Management shall be comprehensive and inclusive countywide and effective in both the incorporated and unincorporated areas of Dearborn County.
   (B)   The jurisdiction and applicability of the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan, as adopted pursuant to § 36.22, and the exercise of any powers of the principal executive officer of Dearborn County and of the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners under § 36.25, shall be comprehensive and inclusive countywide and effective in both the incorporated and unincorporated areas of Dearborn County.
   (C)   All political subdivisions in Dearborn County shall, if they develop a plan for their political subdivision:
      (1)   Ensure that the plan is consistent with the requirements of the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan;
      (2)   Coordinate the development of the plan with the Dearborn County Department of Emergency Management;
      (3)   Ensure the inclusion of the plan within the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan;
      (4)   Perform the functions and duties assigned by the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan; and
      (5)   Maintain their portion of the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan in a current state of readiness at all times.
