§ 32.003 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby established a board to be known as the County Communications Board with purposes, membership, duties, and responsibilities as set forth herein.
   (B)   The Communications Board shall be responsible for all matters relating to the daily operation of E911, the enforcement of standard operating procedure, and coordinating all other communications functions performed by the county and shall assist the county local emergency planning committee, county emergency management agency, and other county departments on questions of communications.
   (C)   The County Board of Commissioners shall have the ultimate responsibility for communications in the county.
