§ 34.24 REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION FUND.

(A) Pursuant to Indiana “Home Rule” statutes, the Dearborn County Redevelopment Commission Fund is hereby established by the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners.

(B) Effective August 1, 2013 and continuing thenceforth, the assets in the Dearborn County Redevelopment Commission shall be maintained by the county.

(C) As of August 1, 2013, all assets in the Dearborn County Redevelopment Commission shall be deposited with the county, shall be maintained in Account Number , and all claims shall be delivered to, and paid by, the Dearborn County Auditor.
