(A) All provisions of this subchapter shall take effect immediately upon passage by the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners.
(B) If the current make-up of the Commission does not meet the requirements of this subchapter and state statutes, the President of the Commission shall immediately notify the Dearborn County Administrator so that the Dearborn County Board of Commissioners may make the necessary changes for the remainder of the year 2013.
(C) Beginning on January 1, 2014 and continuing thereafter, all appointments shall be made in accordance with this subchapter and state statutes.
