§ 152.66 DUTIES OF VARIANCE AND APPEALS BOARD.

(A) The Board shall hear and decide appeals, when it is alleged the Floodplain Administrator has made an error in any requirement, decision or determination in the enforcement or administration of this chapter.

(B) Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Board may appeal such decision to the appropriate court of jurisdiction, as provided by law.
