The Sheriff’s Department is permitted to collect a charge of no more than $10 for services related to providing a qualified retired or disabled officer with an annual photographic identification card designating the officer as retired or disabled and indicating the officer has qualified with his firearm and is in compliance with 18 U.S.C. 926C pursuant to guideline “8-16 Firearms Qualifications - Retired/Disabled” which has been adopted by the Sheriff’s Merit Board. The funds collected shall be deposited in account #1156.
