Any person, firm, or corporation owning or occupying a building, who shall fail to number such building, or who shall fail to maintain the number of such building as provided in §§ 150.25 through 150.34 shall be deemed to have violated the provisions of those sections and shall be fined a sum of not less than $10 nor more than $25 for each days violation.
