§ 31.01 VEHICLE INSPECTION FEE.

A fee of $5 is hereby established for the services of inspecting a motor vehicle performed by the County Sheriff, or any member of his Department, which fee is to be deposited in a special vehicle inspection fund as established by I.C. 9-29-4-2.
