§ 150.28 BASE LINES AND SEQUENCES.
   (A)   The general rule shall be 1,000 addresses per section or “block” except in certain areas where the irregular direction of the county highways makes variations necessary, and except in the buffer areas adjacent to incorporated cities and towns.
   (B)   The grid system to be used is based on a Purdue Grid System North-South, or East-West basis with the “0” point for North-South being the Ohio-Switzerland County line. The “0” point for East-West is the Indiana-Ohio state line.
   (C)   The uniform numbering system is to keep the current official county road name; adding a house number to the road name.
Example: an address on North Dearborn Road that used to be R.R.#1, Box XYZ, Guilford, would become 8888 North Dearborn Road, Guilford.
