(A) Dearborn County is divided into three County Commissioner districts designated numerically as follows:
(1) District 1: This district shall consist of the following voting precincts: GREENDALE 01, GREENDALE 02, GREENDALE 03, GREENDALE 04, GREENDALE 05, LAWRENCEBURG 01, LAWRENCEBURG 02, LAWRENCEBURG 03, LAWRENCEBURG 04, LAWRENCEBURG 08, LAWRENCEBURG 09, MILLER 01, MILLER 03, MILLER 06, MILLER 07, and YORK 01.

District 2: This district shall consist of the following voting precincts: HARRISON 01, HARRISON 02, HARRISON 03, JACKSON 01, KELSO 01, KELSO 02, KELSO 03, LOGAN 01, LOGAN 02, MILLER 02, MILLER 04, and MILLER 05.
(3) District 3: This district shall consist of the following voting precincts: CAESAR CREEK 01, CENTER 01, CENTER 02, CENTER 03, CENTER 04, CENTER 05, CENTER 06,CLAY 01, CLAY 02, CLAY 03, HOGAN 01, MANCHESTER 01, MANCHESTER 02, SPARTA 01, SPARTA 02, SPARTA 03, and WASHINGTON 01.
(B) Dearborn County is divided into four County Council single-member districts designated numerically as follows:
(1) District 1: This district shall consist of the following voting precincts: HARRISON 01, HARRISON 02, HARRISON 03, MILLER 01, MILLER 02, MILLER 03, MILLER 04, MILLER 05, MILLER 06, and MILLER 07.
(2) District 2: This district shall consist of the following voting precincts: GREENDALE 01, GREENDALE 02, GREENDALE 03, GREENDALE 04, GREENDALE 05, LAWRENCEBURG 01, LAWRENCEBURG 02, LAWRENCEBURG 03, LAWRENCEBURG 04, LAWRENCEBURG 08, LAWRENCEBURG 09, and MANCHESTER 01.
(3) District 3: This district shall consist of the following voting precincts: CAESAR CREEK 01, CENTER 01, CENTER 02, CENTER 03, CENTER 04, CENTER 05, CENTER 06, CLAY 01, CLAY 02, CLAY 03, HOGAN 01, SPARTA 03, and WASHINGTON 01.
(4) District 4: This district shall consist of the following voting precincts: JACKSON 01, KELSO 01, KELSO 02, KELSO 03, LOGAN 01, LOGAN 02, MANCHESTER 02, SPARTA 01, SPARTA 02, and YORK 01.
