§ 94.03 APPLICABILITY.
   (A)   (1)   This chapter applies to all land-disturbing activities on land within the boundaries and jurisdiction of the county.
      (2)   Agricultural land-disturbing activities, as defined in § 94.04, are exempt from the requirements of this chapter.
   (B)   This chapter applies to those sites requiring any other necessary local, state and federal permits.
