§ 94.01 AUTHORITY.

This chapter is adopted under the authority granted by I.C. 36-1-4-11, 36-7-4 et seq., and I.C. 14-32 et seq.,and all acts supplemental and mandatory thereto. This authority provides for the administration, enforcement and amendment of this chapter for controlling soil erosion in the county.
