(A) The three-member Board of Commissioners elected under I.C. 36-2-2-2 is the county executive. In the name of “The Board of Commissioners of the County of Dearborn,” the executive shall transact the business of the county. (I.C. 36-2-2-2)
(B) The executive shall hold a regular meeting at least once each month and at other times as needed to conduct all necessary business. Dates of regular meetings shall be established by resolution at or before the first meeting in February of each year.
