§ 91.30 PERMITS.
   The County Highway Department shall collect the following fees for driveway and utility permit applications:
   Driveway permit application   $25 each
   Utility permit application
      Minor cut (residential services, pole replacement, and the like)   no charge
      Major cut (main extension, road cuts, and the like)   $150 each
