§ 91.05 DEPOSIT OF FUNDS.
   (A)   Funds owed by homeowners or residents shall be paid to the County Highway Department on or before the date specified by the County Highway Department. All sums collected under this program by homeowners or residents shall be deposited in the County Highway Department Dust Control Fund.
   (B)   The County Highway Department Dust Control Fund is hereby established and created.
