§ 91.04 ESTIMATE OF COST.

An estimate of the cost of application under the county dust control program shall be provided to homeowners or residents at the time application is made. The cost of application to the homeowner or residents shall be based upon one half of the cost of the materials necessary to apply the dust control agent to the roadway.
