Through the dust control program homeowners or residents living on non-paved roadways in the county may annually apply to the County Highway Department for application of a dust control agent to be placed on the roadway surface in front of their residence. In making this application, homeowners or residents shall specify the number of lineal feet of roadway to be treated in front of their residence. Homeowners or residents may choose coverage of up to 400 feet to cover in front of their residence and on either side of the residence. The specific length shall be in 100-foot increments with a minimum of 200 feet.
