§ 38.01 RIVERBOAT FUNDS.
   (A)   Two separate funds are hereby created and established to be identified as the “Riverboat Funds” into which revenues from the riverboat admissions tax (I.C. 4-33-2-6) and funds received under an agreement to share the City of Lawrenceburg's tax revenue from gaming operations shall be deposited.
   (B)   The funds so established shall be designated as follows:
      (1)   “Riverboat Fund-Admissions-Tax” which is designated to receive funds from the riverboat admissions tax under I.C. 4-33-2-6.
      (2)   “Riverboat Fund-Revenue Sharing” which is designated to receive funds received under an agreement to share in the City of Lawrenceburg's tax revenue from gaming operations.
   (C)   Money in the Riverboat Fund may be used for any legal or corporate purpose of county government.
   (D)   Funds contained in the Riverboat Fund may not be used to reduce the county's maximum or actual levy under I.C. 6-1.1-18.5.
