§ 37.24 FEE FOR PLAT BOOKS.
   Pursuant to the Indiana “Home Rule” statutes, the County Surveyor is hereby granted authority to sell plat books at a cost of $16 per plat book. The funds shall be deposited in the County General Account, as designated by the County Auditor.
