§ 37.19 FEE FOR PUBLIC PURCHASE OF COMPLETE COUNTY TAX LIST.

(A) Establishment. A fee of $200 shall be charged and collected by the Treasurer to any person or entity requesting a complete tax list of Dearborn County in electronic format.

(B) Deposit of fees collected. All funds collected and received by the Treasurer from the sale of the complete tax list established in division (A) above shall be deposited into the county general fund.
