§ 37.08 IMPROPER OBLIGATION OF PUBLIC FUNDS.

Any elected or appointed official of the county who obligates the county to the expenditure of public funds or monies in violation of the budgetary process established by Indiana law and the County Council shall be personally responsible for satisfying said obligation or expenditure.
