§ 37.05 FEES FOR REAL PROPERTY ENDORSEMENTS.

The County Auditor shall collect a fee of $5 for each legal description of each parcel contained in the deed for which the Auditor makes a real property endorsement. Such fee shall be in addition to any fee provided by law and shall be placed in a dedicated fund for use in maintaining plat books.
