§ 34.21 CUMULATIVE CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established a Cumulative Capital Development Fund for the following purposes: for the construction, remodeling, and repair of courthouses; construction, repair, remodeling, enlarging and equipping County Jail or Detention Center; maintaining public buildings; acquiring land for public construction; demolishing of improvements for construction of public buildings; acquiring land for rights-of-way; constructing public ways, sidewalks; acquiring land for sewers; purchasing utilities; purchasing land for use by utilities; purchasing land for parks; purchasing vehicles for police or fire departments; retiring bond obligation; purchasing or leasing property for public transportation; purchasing lights for public ways and sidewalks; and any other purposes, now or in the future, permitted under Indiana law; and
   (B)   The Board of Commissioners shall adhere to the provisions of I.C. 36-9-14.5 and 6-1.1-41 et seq. Said levy will be levied beginning with taxes payable beginning in the year 1997.
