§ 34.18 K-9 SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE DONATION FUND.
   (A)   The County Sheriff K-9 Support and Maintenance Donation Fund is hereby established as a separate, special fund for the purpose of receiving all funds donated to the County Sheriff’s Office.
      (1)   The K-9 Support and Maintenance Donation Fund shall be a non-reverting fund.
      (2)   Donated funds shall be used solely for purposes consistent with maintaining and supporting K-9 officers of the County Sheriff's Office.
   (B)   Should the fund ever be terminated, its balance shall be transferred into the Commissary Fund.
