(A) The fund number 238 is hereby created which shall be designated the Circuit Court Supplemental Guardian Ad Litem Fees Fund.
(B) Any and all Guardian Ad Litem fees and expenses recovered through repayments made by order of the Circuit Court shall be paid to the Clerk of the Circuit Court who shall cause these funds collected to be deposited into said fund number 238.
(C) Monies recovered and placed in the fund shall be used for the sole purpose of supplementing and providing additional funds for Guardian Ad Litem services as required by the Circuit Court.
(D) Funds recovered shall not be considered for the purpose of reducing appropriations and shall not revert back to the County General Fund at the end of the calendar year.
