§ 34.16 SHERIFF WORK RELEASE FUND.

(A) The Sheriff Work Release Fund is hereby established as a separate fund for the purpose of receiving one-half of work release funds from fees collected by Southeast Regional Community Corrections.

(B) The funds may be used for purposes consistent with maintaining the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center and its necessary functions.
