§ 34.12 SUPPLEMENTAL ATTORNEYS’ FEES FUNDS.
   (A)   A fund is hereby created which shall be designated the Circuit Court Supplemental Attorneys’ Fees Fund, and a fund is hereby created which shall be designated the County Court Supplemental Attorneys’ Fees Fund.
   (B)   Any and all attorney fees and expenses recovered either through bond monies posted or through repayments made by order of the Circuit Court shall be paid to the Clerk of the Circuit Court who shall cause these funds collected to be deposited into the said Circuit Court Supplemental Attorneys’ Fees Fund.
   (C)   Any and all attorney fees funds recovered by the County Court either through bond monies posted or through repayments made by Order of the County Court shall be paid to the Clerk of the Circuit Court who shall cause these funds collected to be deposited into the County Court Supplemental Attorneys’ Fees Fund.
   (D)   Monies so recovered and placed in said Funds shall be used for the sole purpose of supplementing and providing additional funds for legal services as required by the Circuit Court and the County Court.
   (E)   Funds recovered shall not be considered for the purpose of reducing appropriations and shall not revert back to the County General Fund at the end of the calendar year.
