Sec. 12-446. - Definitions.
   The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
   Full service shall mean the availability of one or more gasoline dispensing pumps from which an owner, employee or agent of a gasoline service station or gasoline self service station will dispense gasoline or other motor vehicle fuel directly into a customer's motor vehicle.
   Gasoline self service station shall mean a gasoline service station which provides one or more gasoline dispensing pumps which customers are required to operate themselves in order to fuel such customers' motor vehicles.
   Gasoline service station shall mean any building, structure, lot, premises or parcel of land where gasoline, lubricating oil or other vehicle fuel are sold to the public; provided, however, that where any such petroleum products are sold in factory sealed containers, the seal of which is not broken and the contents thereof not dispensed on the premises, such products shall not be regarded as being sold from a gasoline service station and shall not be deemed to be subject to the regulation of this article.
