Certain documents, copies of which are on file in the office of the city clerk, being marked and designated as the Michigan Building Code 2000 edition along with Appendixes G and H, Michigan Residential Code 2000 edition along with Appendixes A, B, C, D, E, F, F, G, J and K, 2003 Michigan Rehabilitation Code for Existing Buildings as amended, 2000 Michigan Plumbing Code, 2000 Michigan Mechanical Code are hereby adopted in their entirety along with any subsequent amendments as the building code of the city for the control of buildings and structures; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the above are hereby referred to, adopted, and make a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter.
