(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to use, occupy, frequent, loiter or be in any park between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., unless otherwise posted at the park or unless a special permit for such use or occupancy has been previously given by the director of recreation of the city therein, or unless such person is participating in a scheduled recreation department activity. At the closing hour of the parks, all persons within the parks shall immediately depart therefrom. No person, having been directed to leave the park at the closing hour by any city employee, shall fail to depart therefrom immediately.
(b) Exception. The parking of vehicles after 10:00 p.m. by customers and employees of area businesses shall be permitted in specified areas of Ford Field Park, subject to the posted regulations. After 10:00 p.m., these individuals may enter Ford Field Park for the parking of vehicles only.
