1001.26   STEEP SLOPES.
Subd. 1   Purpose.
   The City finds that development, excavation, or construction on certain slopes within the City may result in the building of unstable structures, increase dangers or erosion and thereby endanger the natural character of the land, and jeopardize the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the City.
