§ 33.11 LEAVES WITHOUT PAY.
   (A)   The Council may grant any permanent employee a leave of absence without pay for a period not exceeding 90 days; except that, it may extend such leaves to a maximum period of one year in case the employee is disabled or where extraordinary circumstances, in its judgment, warrant such extension.
   (B)   No vacation or sick leave benefits shall accrue during a leave of absence without pay.
