The seller shall deliver the notice required by this chapter prior to the signing of any purchase agreement or contract relative to the sale of lots or parcels subject to this chapter. The buyer shall acknowledge in writing receipt of a copy of the notice. This notice shall be delivered separately from any other literature or statements provided the buyer and shall not be incorporated in such literature.
